Copycat nugget recipe
Makes about 12 nuggets
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup plain flour mixed with ½ tsp each of salt, garlic powder and onion powder
- ¾ cup fine breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp cornflour
- Dust the chicken in the seasoned flour, dip it in egg, then press it into the crumbs.
- Fry at 175°C for 4 minutes. You can also air-fry at 200°C for 10 minutes.
