- 2 × 110 g beef patties (80/20 mince)
- 2 slices of cheddar
- 2 rashers of short-cut (eye) bacon
- 1 large sesame bun
- Mayo and tomato sauce
- Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles
- Fry the bacon until just crisp. Eye bacon is leaner, so it cooks quickly.
